Tanjung Bin Power Plant BC1C Restoration Works

Following an unforeseen incident in the Tanjung Bin Power Plant jetty last year which saw the collapse of a part of their existing ship unloader, Tecgates Engineering has been tasked to restore BC1C conveyor system in order to receive and deliver new coal shipments to the power plant. Coal supply to the plant has been halted since the incident, and has been running low.
As this is a mission critical job, our team, led by Mr. Abhishek Sharma had to perform under limited space and time constraints, and successfully tested and commissioned the BC1C conveyor despite the limitations.
With the restoration of this BC1C conveyor, it is presumed that the coal supply will be restored as soon as possible.
