Tecgates Engineering was awarded an M&E services job for supply, installation and modification at Vale Minerals Malaysia (VMM) in Teluk Rubiah, Perak.

VMM is part of Vale S.A. (Brazil), the worlds largest producer of iron ore and nickel. In Malaysia, VMM operates their Teluk Rubiah Maritime Terminal that serves as an important site to connect their mines in Brazil to the Asian markets.

Our scope includes fabrication, procurement, installation, and commissioning as well as modification works for Vale on their existing bulk material handling equipments. VMM safety standards is one of the highest in the industry and Tecgates Engineering shares the same commitment to safety.

This services contract duration is for 2 years.

As part of VMM and Tecgates's safety culture, a safety briefing is conducted everyday before work commences.

A Tecgates safety watcher stands to ensure the materials are handled in a safe and proper manner by the forklift operator
